These terms apply to your use of quivfunalmanc.skin (the "site"), which is operated by Brightwater Aerial Media Ltd, Company No. 15284631, Suite 14, 22 Harbourside Walk, Bristol, BS1 5TY, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Information only

Our guides, drone profiles, comparisons and quiz results are general information to help you research. They are not professional, legal, safety or financial advice, and a quiz result is a suggestion rather than a guarantee that a product suits you.

3. Accuracy and prices

We work to keep the site accurate, but specifications, prices, availability and regulations change. Specifications are manufacturer-stated maximums in ideal conditions, and prices are indicative. Always verify details with the manufacturer, retailer and aviation authority before you buy or fly. If you find an error, please tell us.

4. Safety and legal responsibility

Flying a drone carries risk. You are solely responsible for flying safely and lawfully, for registering where required, for obtaining permissions and insurance, and for any damage or injury caused by your use of a drone. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and the rules where you fly. See our rules overview and safety tips as a starting point only.

5. Third-party links

The site links to manufacturers, regulators and other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

6. Brands and images

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by DJI, Potensic, Ryze or any other manufacturer mentioned. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Photos on the site are illustrative stock images and may not show the product being discussed.

7. Intellectual property

The site's text, design, graphics and code are owned by or licensed to Brightwater Aerial Media Ltd and protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use, and quote short extracts with clear credit and a link back. You may not copy, republish or sell substantial parts of the site without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, or attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to it or its systems.
• Do not send us unlawful, abusive or misleading messages.
• Do not use the site to plan or carry out unlawful or unsafe drone activity.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, the site is provided "as is", we make no warranty that it is error-free or always available, and we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your reliance on the site or from your purchase or use of any product. Our total liability to you for anything arising from your use of the site is limited to the extent permitted by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
